North Star Guide is a free informational and referral service run by a private company. We publish general educational material about Medicare and, if you ask, may refer you to licensed insurance agents and independent partner organizations. We do not sell, issue or administer insurance, and we do not give legal, tax, financial or medical advice.

This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. We do not offer every plan available in your area. For information on all of your options, contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048) or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).
